Our new dinner menu in Cornwall is a treat worth trying, if you’ve never visited our Dining Galleries Restaurant – now is the time! We’ve kept the soul of our dishes but added a touch extravagance. This new menu brings together quality ingredients to create a delicious dining experience you won’t forget soon. Each plate on our new menu is a celebration where we’re showcasing our classic dishes and adding bold new flavours that reflect the season. 

Now to get to the good stuff, we’ll take you through some of the indulgent delicacies you can expect on your next visit. Get ready for a fresh and flavourful feast! 


Our new dinner dishes


Our new restaurant menu features a range of thoughtfully crafted dishes, each bursting with flavour and carefully curated to offer something for every taste. These dishes, each with their unique twist, showcase the versatility and creativity of our new dinner menu.

For a vibrant, fresh starter, the Baked Beetroot Salad is a wonderful choice, featuring sticky walnuts, spiced pumpkin seeds, and creamy ricotta, offering a perfect balance of sweetness, crunch, and smooth textures.

For those looking for a hearty main, the Prosciutto Wrapped Pork Tenderloin is a must-try, with tender pork wrapped in prosciutto, complemented by bubble ‘n’ squeak cake, onion purée, and a hog’s pudding fritter for a comforting, full-bodied experience. If you’re in the mood for something lighter, the Bream Fillet offers a beautifully delicate flavour, paired with Bombay potatoes, kachumber salad, and a coconut and turmeric sauce that adds a touch of warmth and spice.


The menu classics


Our much-loved classic dishes remain a central part of our menu, with a few exciting updates to keep them fresh and irresistible.

The ‘Authentic Andalusian Gambas Pil Pil Tiger Prawns’ bring together succulent tiger prawns in a rich, garlicky olive oil and white wine sauce, perfect for dipping with warm bread.

Our new menu might have some exciting new additions, but rest assured – the steaks you know and love are here to stay. From our succulent 10oz sirloin to the melt-in-your-mouth 8oz fillet, each cut is cooked to perfection and served with your choice of sauce. Oh, and we’ve brought back our iconic Plank Steak!

Meanwhile, Mrs P’s Tiramisu, made from Mrs. Pascoe’s 60-year-old Venetian recipe, remains a timeless dessert, with its rich layers of coffee-soaked sponge and mascarpone cream.

Plus, we’ve taken our Chicken Supreme to the next level, with a few small tweaks that make this dish even more delicious than before. These dishes, beloved by our guests, showcase the heart of our menu with a few timeless twists.
