This journey has allowed us to curate a remarkable wine list of over 170 selections – and we’re only just beginning. Our commitment to fine wine extends to the way we price it; we mark up our premium wines by a fixed amount, making it easy to indulge in a second – or even third – bottle at an excellent value.
To ensure that every pour is extraordinary, we lay down wines for three years ahead, allowing us to offer beautifully aged vintages when they’re at their peak. Since starting our collection in 2017, we’ve worked tirelessly to build a wine list that pairs perfectly with our culinary creations and the unique charm of Cornwall. Over the past two years, we’ve been working hard to build the perfect place for you to have exceptional wine experiences, and wine tasting in Cornwall. So, alongside our wine bar, we’ve been developing a place where you can experience the wine in a setting that matches the richness of every pour.
Our Wine Tasting Rooms are near completion and soon we’ll be able to provide you with professional wine flights and experiences – keep your eyes peeled for our latest updates and exciting news. Alongside the Tasting Rooms, our Wine Cellar will be a point of interest where we’ll be maturing 2000 bottles… a carefully curated selection.
