Party Night Terms & Conditions

• Strictly 18+.
• Final payments and pre orders are required no later than a month prior to the event. One single payment per party night is preferred; individual payments are not accepted.
• A £10 per person deposit is required for function based, festive meals and Christmas Party Nights to secure the booking. This is required with in 2 weeks of provisionally booking.
• Food, ice breaker buckets and wine pre orders must be received no later than 1 week prior to your party date, after this no amendments can be made.
• If a pre ordered wine is out of stock, we reserve the right to replace with a similar or better alternative.
• Bar prepayments must be made in advance prior to the event. Any credit left on the account will be refunded in the week following the event once details are provided.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel your booking at any time due to exceptional circumstances beyond its control. In such case a full refund will be provided.
• Under no circumstances are deposits or final payments transferable or refundable.
• The allocated function room can be changed without prior notice to accommodate the needs of the business.
• The organiser of each party will be held responsible to ensure their party behave in an orderly manner. Damage to any property will be assessed and the cost passed on to the organiser.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove guests who behave in a disorderly or unsafe manner.
• The hotel will provide a contract that must be signed by the organiser and returned to confirm you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
