Seasonal Sips at Our Cornwall cocktail bar

Drink of the Month Series

A year ago, our Cornwall cocktail bar launched our popular monthly “Drink of the Month” at our bar, where a team member showcases a cocktail, wine, spirit, or beer. From Harrison’s popular “Tiki Fire” to Holly’s festive “Holly Jolly,” we’ve seen incredible creativity. It really showcases our team’s talent and passion, highlighting the best of Penventon and the skills we cultivate. It’s been fun seeing everyone’s personality shine through their drink choices, and we can’t wait for next year! Below are the 13 fantastic drinks showcased throughout the year.
