This December, Santa’s Grotto comes to Penventon Park Hotel for the very first time.
Meet Santa, share your Christmas wish, and take home some festive magic to keep until Christmas Eve.

When To Visit
Santa’s Grotto runs across four Sundays this festive season:
Each day is split into two sessions, with a break in between:
Each family visit takes around 30 minutes from arrival to leaving.
Your Santa’s Grotto Experience
From the moment you arrive the magic begins.
Head to Lady Edith to check in – please arrive around 15 minutes before your time slot, so there’s time to check-in and write a wish to Santa.
Before meeting Santa, each child writes their Christmas wish on a scroll, rolling it up and tying it with ribbon to keep it safe until it’s time to share.
Then comes the moment they’ve been waiting for – meeting Santa himself. There’s time for a chat, a look at that all-important wish, and photos to remember it by. And every child leaves with a little something special from Santa, to keep the magic going long after they’ve left.
The adventure doesn’t end there.
Little ones can visit our reindeer food station to make up a bag of magic food to leave out on Christmas Eve, then finish with some festive crafting to take home.
There are limited spaces across each session for our Santa’s Grotto in Cornwall, so please book soon to avoid disappointment.
Prices & Bookings
£13 per child (0-18) | Free for adults with a maximum of two adults per family.
Each child gets 5 minutes with Santa.
Allow 30 minutes in total, from arrival to leaving.
Please arrive 5 (minimum) – 15 (maximum) minutes before your allotted time to write a wish to Santa.
Families of three or more children may take a little longer, so please be patient if things run slightly behind.
