Our Santa’s Grotto is more than a visit to Father Christmas. It’s a magical festive experience filled with Christmas wishes, reindeer food, and, of course, a very special meeting with the man himself. From the moment you arrive, your little ones will have plenty to discover before making their way to Father Christmas with their Christmas wish in hand.
Please allow 30 minutes for the full experience, from your booked arrival time to leaving.
Your Santa’s Grotto Experience
The magic begins from the moment you arrive…
Make your way downstairs to ‘The Old Spice Cottage’, where our elves will be waiting to welcome you into Father Christmas’ world.
First stop is Santa’s Office, where little ones can write their Christmas wish, roll it into a scroll and tie it safely with ribbon. Then it’s over to Mrs Claus’ table, where they’ll make their very own bag of magical reindeer food to take home and sprinkle outside on Christmas Eve. Once their Christmas preparations are complete, one of Santa’s elves will lead you along the candlelit walkway for the moment they’ve been waiting for…
It’s time to meet Father Christmas.
Little ones can hand over their Christmas wish, share a magical moment with Father Christmas and pose for a photo or two… and there may even be a very special gift waiting for them!

When To Visit
Santa’s Grotto runs across four Sundays this festive season:
Each day is split into two sessions, with a break in between:
Each family visit takes around 30 minutes from arrival to leaving.
Prices & Bookings
£13 per child (0-18) | Free for adults with a maximum of two adults per family.
Each child gets 5 minutes with Santa.
Allow 30 minutes in total, from arrival to leaving for the full experience.
Please arrive 5 (minimum) – 15 (maximum) minutes before your allotted time to write a wish to Santa.
Families of three or more children may take a little longer, so please be patient if things run slightly behind.
