Up to 60 delegates

This suite was named after Lady Edith Carkeek, owner of the Penventon during the 1920’s, a vivacious lady who entertained extensively and gave soirees in the music room. It’s a versatile room on the lower ground floor which can be split into two rooms and divided by a screen or for break-out space for up to 60 guests.


Up to 250 delegates

Our largest function suite, complete with its own stage area, bar and dance floor. It’s perfect for inspiring conferences, networking breakfasts and fabulous dinner dances in Cornwall. A grand setting decorated in the Penventon’s signature style of bold colours, Venetian inspired mirrors and decadent design.



Up to 30 delegates

Full of character this room features, Murano glass chandeliers and a collection of Venetian mirrors and the masks collected by the Pascoe family. It’s popular for meetings, social get-togethers and private dining events for up to 30 guests.


Up to 8 delegates

A small meeting room for up to 8 guests. There is plenty of natural light and is ideally suited for interviews or small board meetings

We would strongly recommend The Penventon Park Hotel to all our friends and family and to people who we meet along the way who are planning their up and coming wedding.The planning and wedding reception itself was absolutely out of this world. On booking our wedding with our wedding organiser Amy Butler we had someone very special to help and guide us plan our wedding with her expertise and knowledge she had all the links and connections to help our big day run smoothly. Without Amy our wedding would not have turned out as amazing as it had. Everything we wanted was taken into consideration and sorted very quickly without any issues or problems. If anything needed doing, Amy would be e-mailing, sorting problems and keeping in touch with Clive and I to ensure our day was well organised.(Thank you Amy for all your help. You certainly are a real asset to The Penventon Park Hotel and we appreciate everything you have done for us.) Also our wedding meal was absolutely fantastic, a lot of our family had travelled down from Surrey, Staffordshire and London they all remarked on how excellent the food, service and overall care was. They also said that it was the best wedding/reception they had attended. Thank you to all the staff for making our wedding day the most spectacular, magical day of our lives.
