This suite was named after Lady Edith Carkeek, owner of the Penventon during the 1920’s, a vivacious lady who entertained extensively and gave soirees in the music room. It’s a versatile room on the lower ground floor which can be split into two rooms and divided by a screen or for break-out space for up to 80 guests.
Our largest function suite, complete with its own stage area, bar and dance floor. It’s perfect for inspiring conferences, networking breakfasts and fabulous dinner dances in Cornwall. A grand setting decorated in the Penventon’s signature style of bold colours, Venetian inspired mirrors and decadent design.
Full of character, this room features, Murano glass chandeliers, a collection of Venetian mirrors and vintage Venetian masks. The versatile space makes an impressive boardroom for meetings and presentations or an intimate venue for social get-togethers and private dining events for up to 30 guests.
