The Setting...

After several years away from the hospitality industry Basil and Sybil have returned!
Basil believes he was ‘ahead of his time’ in their previous Torquay venue & now time has finally caught up with his ideas.

New staff have been arranged by Sybil for their venture, including a very experienced French chef called René Artois from Nouvion in France who is accompanied by his lovely wife Edith.

Other well known faces have also been engaged for Basil’s new venture, and with such experience amongst them, what could possibly go wrong…?
