Terms & Conditions
A provisional booking can be held for up to two weeks, then a £300 booking fee will be required to secure your reception date. Should this not be recieved within 2 weeks of the initial enquiry date it will be assumed that the booking is no longer required and will be cancelled. The deposit is non refundable.
If the day is cancelled within 3 months or less of the event date then the client will be liable for 50% of the anticipated facilities booked.
Final numbers must be submitted 10 days prior to the day. This number will be charged at full rate or greater should the number increase. In all instances, notification of cancellation, postponement or significant changes must be made in writing and will be effective on the date recieved by the hotel.
Full payment will be required 10 days prior to the wedding. Any outstanding balance will be invoiced to you directly after the event. The payment is to be made within 21 days.
The hotel and it's employees accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of any goods/items left on the premises. Please ensure all items/goods are removed by the end of your wedding reception.
