Dining with us you’ll find a new A La Carte Menu 3-4 times a year to reflect the changing season’s, as well as our Table d’hôte set menu being changed daily – offering the freshest of local Cornish produce. Why not visit some of our local suppliers.

Last year, we proudly welcomed on-board Joe Lado as Executive Chef (Multiple AA Rosette Awarded). With his Brigade, including Head Chef Cornishman Ryland Allan, a fusion of classic dishes along side stylish European combinations are erupting – using the finest, freshest, Cornish meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and dairy.

Joe’s passion for the raw ingredient, knowledge of producers, through to the finished dish is truly infectious! Supporting our local suppliers in Cornwall happily goes hand in hand with our environmentally friendly attitude.
