Our friendly and highly trained spa team use a range of holistic methods during treatments to create a blissful experience for you. We have teamed up with Natural Spa Factory and are using their rejuvenating products in all our treatments. Clean, ethical and conscientious skincare that works for both the environment and satisfying the needs of your skin. The Natural Spa Factory products we use in all our spa treatments are bursting with active and naturally derived ingredients, which will leave your skin feeling nourished and moisturised. All their products are plant-based, cruelty free and created in the UK.
Please note our treatment rooms are up a flight of stairs and are therefore not wheelchair friendly, we are sorry for any disappointment caused!

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Call 01209 203002 between 9.00 am – 6.00 pm, or email spa@penventon.com to book your treatment.
Full payment for treatments will be taken upon booking.
If you cancel 48+ hours before treatment you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel 24-47 hours before your treatment you will receive 50% of your refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your treatment then you will not receive a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out a consultation form – late arrival may result in a reduced treatment time.
Please inform us of any medical conditions or if you are / suspect you may be pregnant prior to your treatment so that our team can recommend the most suitable treatments for you.
Please note that our treatment rooms are up a flight of stairs with no lift access.
Those in for a ‘Teen Treatment’ (available for 12-17 year olds accompanied by a parent or guardian) are not permitted to use the Leisure Club facilities,
including the pool, jacuzzi or saunas. We have an 18+ policy on use of the Leisure Club facilities.
If you are a resident of the hotel, then any child under 18 can use the Leisure Club facilities within the children’s swim hours
(7.00 am – 10.00 am & 3.00 pm – 6.00 pm). All children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
