The Forum Room

Our Forum Suite is our largest conference suite we have available. It is a total area of 4,000 square feet with it’s own bar, private entrance and disabled access.

It is very grand and is decorated in the Penventon’s signature style of rich colours and decadent design. A large stage is present in this suite making it ideal for presentations or for theatre style layout. The room also incorporates a PA system.

Capacity

The Forum Suite has the following capacity:

1. Boardroom Style: 60 delegates
2. U-Shape Style: 50 delegates
3. Theatre Style: 200 delegates
4. Classroom: 100 delegates
5. Open Square: 60

Prices

Room Hire only:

1. Full day – £350
2. Half day – £200
3. Day Delegate –from £25.00 to £30.00 per person (minimum of 10 people)
