Reservation Terms and Conditions For The Festive Season, Stays & Dining

Christmas, Twixmas & New Year Packages

A £50 deposit per person is required at time of booking to reserve your room; balance payments are due by 1st November.

We regret that refunds cannot be provided for monies paid; and strongly advise guests to take private holiday insurance, to cover against the unforeseen curtailment or cancellation of your stay.

Stay the night during December – Applicable to those evening dining or attending a party night 1st December – 23rd December; and also 3rd Jan – 5th Jan 2014

Payment is required at time of booking. * Free rooms – Breakfast @ £14.99 per person must be paid at time of booking.

Dining Reservations & Party Night Tickets:

Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Night, Boxing Day Lunch & Dinner; New Year Grand ‘Black Tie’ Carved & Buffet Dinner Dance

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking.  Balance payment, pre-orders and any special dietary requirements (if required) by 1st December.

1st – 23rd Dining

A deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.  Balance payment, pre-orders and any special dietary requirements (if required) by 1st December.

Party Night Tickets

A deposit of £10 per person is required at the time of booking.  Balance payment are due 4 weeks prior to your party night.  Please advise at this time of any special dietary requirements.
