Accompanied by seafood risotto & bouillabaisse sauce

Topped with tempura of basil & peppers

Served with goose fat roast potatoes (or new potatoes), braised red cabbage with redcurrant jelly & cinnamon,sprouts sautéed

with chestnuts, pancetta & shallots and thyme honey roasted root vegetables.
