Booking and Cancellation Policies
A deposit is required to the amount of the first nights stay to guarantee the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, you will not be liable for any further charges and your deposit refunded. Should the reservation be cancelled within 7 days you will be liable for the total amount of the deposit. This also applies to any non arrivals.
A company headed letter, fax or email is required upon making the reservation to confirm the booking. If the reservation is cancelled up to one night before the date of arrival you will not be liable for any charges. Should the reservation be cancelled upon the day of arrival you will be liable for the total amount of the first nights stay. This also applies to any non arrivals.
Confirmation in the form of a company headed letter, fax or email is required to guarantee the booking. Should this not be recieved within 2 weeks of the initial enquiry date it will be assumed that the booking is no longer required and will be cancelled.
The total account must be settled on the day of departure unless a credit account has been set up by prior arrangement. In all instances notification of cancellation, postponement or significant changes must be made in writing and will be effective on the date recieved by the hotel.
Arrival and Departure
Free on site parking is available at the hotel; however the hotel does not accept responsibility for damageor theft of vehicles or their contents whilst parked on site.
Bedrooms are not normally available until 2pm; however an earlier check in may be possible upon request. Bedrooms should be vacated by 11am on the day of departure.
The hotel cannot be held responsible for articles of value, other than those deposited with Reception for safe custody in the hotel safe, for which a reciept will be given.
Smart casual attire is required in the Dining Galleries Restaurant.
