To Commence
Choose two options from the following:
* Roasted red pepper & tomato soup
* Honeydew & galia melon with orange segments & raspberry coulis
* Leek & potato soup
* Smoked salmon and Cornish mackerel terrine with wholegrain mustard dressed leaves & horseradish toast
* Chicken liver parfait accompanied by toasted brioche, dressed leaves & Penventon chutney

All served with warm bread rolls & Cornish butter

Main Course
Choose two options from the following:
* Roast sirloin of Cornish beef with Yorkshire pudding and a traditional gravy (cooked medium, please advise if more cooking is required)
* Marinated roast leg of lamb studded with garlic and rosemary served with mint sauce and gravy
* Chicken supreme with button mushrooms & white wine cream sauce
* Fillet of bream wrapped in Parma ham with a vine tomato salsa

All served with a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables and
goose fat roast potatoes or new potatoes if preferred

Desserts
Choose two options from the following:
* Baked Chocolate Cheesecake
* Lemon Meringue Roulade
* Key Lime Pie
* Bread & Butter Pudding
* Berry Pavlova
* Fresh Fruit Salad
